Job summary

Montezuma Health & Rehab in Montezuma, GA is hiring a Night shift LPN for a full-time role. Starting pay ranges from $25.75 to $29 per hour, with shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends and weekly pay.

You will join a nonprofit, mission-driven organization known for high-quality patient care and a supportive leadership team. As an LPN, you will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs and the care team to deliver compassionate, person-centered care

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
• A passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
