Job summary

Montezuma Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the night shift. You will work with RNs, CNAs, and an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, person-centered care, administer medications, and monitor residents closely.

The role offers starting pay from $25.75 to $29 per hour, shift differentials for evenings and weekends, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Georgia or eligibility.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
