Job summary

Oxley Park Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the full-time night shift. You will deliver high-quality clinical care, work with RNs and CNAs, and support residents with compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Georgia or eligible).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work nights and administer care as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care per care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
• A passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
