Job summary

Montezuma Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for full-time night shifts in Georgia. You will collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
