Job summary

Four County Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Evening shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) to join a compassionate care team. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary staff to deliver person-centered nursing care in a non-profit, mission-driven setting.
