Oxley Park Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time night shift. You will collaborate with RNs, CNAs and the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents.

Starting pay ranges from $28.49 to $31.40 per hour with shift differential for evenings, nights and weekends, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with match, PTO,

Formación

• Active LPN license (Georgia or eligible).
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
