Autumn Lane Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and provide direct nursing care in collaboration with RNs and CNAs to ensure residents receive person-centered, high-quality care.

Formación

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.

• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
