Job summary

Winthrop Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care alongside RNs and CNAs. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and support the care plan in a compassionate, team-based environment.

The role offers evening, night, and weekend shifts with pay differentials, weekly pay, and a benefits package including PTO, holidays, vision, 401(k) with match, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.

Starting Pay: $28.35 to $31.50/hour

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
