Job summary

Eagle Health & Rehab in Statesboro, GA is seeking an LPN to join our not-for-profit, mission-driven care team. You will deliver high-quality clinical care, work with RNs and CNAs, and support residents and families.

This full-time day shift offers competitive pay, shift differentials for evenings and weekends, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible).
• A passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Your Impact as an LPN
