Archway Transitional Care in Georgia is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our mission-driven team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and provide direct nursing care under the direction of RNs, with supportive supervision for CNAs.

Formación

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
