Archway Transitional Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents. You’ll collaborate with RNs and CNAs to implement care plans and ensure resident well-being.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
