Job summary

Townsend Park Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring, mission-driven team in providing high-quality resident care. You will collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other staff to deliver compassionate, person-centered nursing services in a supportive setting.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, document care, and ensure compliance with policies while you grow your skills in a facility known for its culture and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Georgia or eligible).
• A passion for delivering compassionate, high‑quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long‑term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
