Job summary

Archway Transitional Care Center in Macon, GA is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our mission-driven team. You will administer medications, deliver direct patient care, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs and the interdisciplinary care team to support residents’ well-being.

We offer competitive hourly pay of 28.49–31.40 USD with shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
• Ability to work with RNs, CNAs and interdisciplinary team.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
