Job summary

Lynn Haven Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking an experienced LPN to provide high-quality nursing care to residents. You will work with RNs and CNAs to deliver compassionate, person-centered care in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible).

• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively.
