Job summary

Taylor County Health & Rehab in Butler, GA is seeking an LPN to join our compassionate interdisciplinary team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and provide direct nursing care within care plans.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
• A passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
