Archway Transitional Care Center in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. You will collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the care team to support residents' health goals in a compassionate, compliant setting.

This role offers competitive wages ($28.49–$31.40 per hour), weekly pay, and a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
