Job summary

Sparta Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Georgia to join our compassionate caregiving team. You will administer medications, monitor residents closely, and provide direct nursing care under the supervision of RNs and the interdisciplinary team.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
