Job summary

Boulder Post Acute is seeking experienced LPNs for full-time roles in Boulder, CO. Shifts are 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am, with PRN options for 8- and 12-hour shifts. A $1K bonus is paid out over 6 months and benefits are available for full-time staff.

You’ll provide compassionate nursing care in a supportive, value-driven culture with opportunities for growth. Requirements include Colorado LPN licensure, CPR certification, and successful background checks.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments
