Boulder Post Acute is hiring full-time LPNs in Colorado, offering a $1K bonus paid over six months. Shifts include 6am-6pm on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and 6pm-6am nights; PRN available. Join a team dedicated to high-quality senior care in a supportive environment.

Open Positions:

• Full-Time 6am-6pm on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday
• Full-Time 6pm-6am all nights needed
• PRN all shifts

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check

Rate Range:

$30-$40
