Job summary

Boulder Post Acute in Boulder, CO is hiring full-time LPNs to provide skilled nursing care in a busy unit, with 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am shifts and PRN options.

We offer a $1K bonus for full-time staff paid over 6 months, competitive pay, and benefits including vision & dental, 401k with match, paid time off, sick leave, and opportunities for growth in a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments.
• Deliver compassionate patient care and collaborate with the healthcare team to support residents.
