Qualifications

• Current LPN license to practice nursing in the state where the community is located.
• Experience working with the senior population, preferably in assisted living or LTC.
• Must be a team player with experience supervising staff.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills (oral and written).
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Good physical condition; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work an 8–16 hour flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Must complete required state certification classes if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care and services to residents.
• Coordinate care with physicians orders and resident choices.
• Document and review medication management plans and updates.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and calmly; report incidents.
• Assist with meals and monitor resident nutrition and diet adherence.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation across departments.
• Provide shift reports and participate in care planning with the nursing team.
