Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Memphis, TN is seeking an LPN to provide skilled nursing care for residents in an assisted living setting. You will coordinate medical, social and emotional aspects of care in alignment with physician orders and resident choices.

You will maintain high standards of documentation, supervise CNA/RMA staff, and participate in trainings. The role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays to ensure continuous resident care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN license to practice in the state where the community is located.
• Experience with senior populations, ideally in assisted living or LTC.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and work well in a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
• Physical capability to sit, stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents per physician orders and resident preferences.
• Coordinate physical, social, and emotional aspects of care.
• Manage medication administration with documentation and communication as needed.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and calmly.
• Document incidents and resident changes with appropriate reporting.
• Assist with meals and monitor nutrition and dietary needs.
