Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Memphis, Tennessee seeks an LPN to join our nursing team and lead resident care in collaboration with the Healthcare Director. You will execute medication management plans, monitor resident wellness, document changes, and communicate with physicians as needed.

The role requires active participation in daily activities, strong observation and documentation, and flexibility to work full-time or part-time with weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license to practice nursing in the state of Tennessee.
• Experience working with senior population in assisted living or LTC preferred.
• Able to supervise staff and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute medication management plan and review documentation.
• Assess resident needs and update care plans accordingly.
• Ensure resident wellness and safety with proper documentation.
