Qualifications

• Current LPN license to practice nursing in TN with good standing.
• Experience with seniors, preferably in assisted living or LTC.
• Ability to supervise staff and work well in a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to complete required trainings and CEUs.

Responsibilities

• Execute medication management plan and review documentation.
• Assess resident needs and update care plans as condition changes.
• Ensure resident safety and proper documentation of interventions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and other departments.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Report incidents to Healthcare Director with documentation.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings and adhere to policies.
