Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Memphis, Tennessee is seeking an LPN to provide high-quality nursing care in an assisted living setting. The LPN coordinates with physicians, nurses and staff to ensure resident comfort, safety and dignity.

The role includes medication management, assessing resident needs, documenting care, supporting dietary needs and responding to emergencies. Strong teamwork, policy adherence and ongoing trainings are required.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure in the state of employment is required.
• Experience with seniors in assisted living or LTC preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and work well in a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; good time management.

Responsibilities

• Execute medication management and review documentation.
• Assess resident needs and communicate changes to the care team.
• Ensure resident safety and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with staff to meet resident needs.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in condition.
• Provide meal assistance and monitor diet tolerance.
• Maintain accurate records and daily shift reports.
• Mentor CNAs/RMAs and support training.
• Adhere to policies and attend trainings and meetings.
• Schedule includes weekends and holidays.
