Job summary

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state where employed (Tennessee).
• Experience with senior populations in assisted living or LTC.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in a respectful, dignified manner.
• Coordinate physical, social, and emotional aspects of care per physician orders.
• Conduct medication management and document appropriately.
• Monitor resident condition, report changes to Healthcare Director, and document in Daily Log.
• Assist with meals and monitor nutrition and dietary tolerance.
• Supervise CNAs/RMAs and support team in delivering care.
