• Coordinate physical, social, and emotional aspects of care; document changes.
• Monitor nutrition, assist with meals, and ensure adequate intake.
• Respond to emergencies calmly and timely; report incidents to Healthcare Director.
• Attend trainings, CEUs, and staff meetings; participate in community events.
• Motivate and direct CNAs/RMAs; maintain shift-change reports.
