Job summary

Lakeside Post Acute in Colorado is hiring full-time LPNs for 6:30am–6:30pm on Sundays, Mondays and Thursdays, with a $1K sign-on bonus. You will provide nursing care in a skilled unit, supervise nurse assistants, and handle meds and treatments.

We offer competitive pay, full benefits (vision, dental), 401k with match, PTO and sick leave, plus ongoing training in a friendly team environment. Candidates must hold an active Colorado LPN license and CPR certification and pass background checks;

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Colorado (unencumbered).
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus.
• Willingness to pass criminal and CAPS background checks.

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
• Current CPR certification0am
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus!

Rate Range:

$30-$40

$1000 Bonus; Will be paid out at 3 months ($250), 6 months ($250) and 12 months $500
