Job summary

Lakeside Post Acute is hiring full-time NOC Registered Nurses for a 6:30pm–6:30am shift (Wednesday through Sunday).

Current RN license and CPR are required; background checks will be conducted. Experience in LTC/SNF is preferred.

Successful Candidates

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in Colorado
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check

Experience In LTC/SNF Preferred

• Rate Range: $40-$50
• $1500 Sign on Bonus!!
