Job summary

Lakeside Post Acute is hiring Full-Time LPNs in Colorado. Open Positions: Full Time: 6:30am-6:30pm Sunday, Monday and Thursday.

Join a caring team where patient care, compassion, and excellence combine to improve residents’ lives. Responsibilities include nursing services, potential supervision of aides, and medication administration in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.
• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit; may include supervision of nurse assistants.
• Administer medications and treatments to residents.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality resident care.
