Job summary

Lakeside Post Acute is hiring full-time LPNs in Lakeside. Join a compassionate team delivering skilled nursing care in our facility, including medication administration and possible supervision of nurse assistants.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.
• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus.

Rate Range:

• $30-$40
• $1000 Bonus; Will be paid out at 3 months ($250), 6 months ($250) and 12 months $500)
