Job summary

Lakeside Post Acute is hiring full-time LPNs for 6:30pm-6:30am shifts with a $1000 sign-on bonus. Current Colorado LPN license and CPR certification required.

You will provide nursing services in a skilled unit, supervise aides, administer medications, and support resident care. Lakeside offers competitive pay, full-time benefits including vision and dental, a 401k with match, PTO, sick leave, ongoing training, and a collaborative team environment.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
• Current CPR certification0am
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check

Rate Range:

$30-$40
