Job summary

Lakeside Post Acute is seeking a full-time RN for night shift (6:30pm–6:30am) in Colorado. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, supervise aides, and manage medications and treatments to support resident wellness.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility.
• May supervise nurse assistants and administer medications and treatments.
• Contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered care environment.
