Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide in-home care for gtube, trach, and vent patients. Shifts include 7a-5:30p, 7a-7p, and 8a-4p, Monday through Friday, with competitive pay and weekly paychecks.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
