Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring licensed practical nurses to provide 1:1 in-home pediatric care in Washington State. Day and night shifts, part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with paid skills advancement training and a Novice Nurse program.

You will use the nursing process to assess and plan patient care, and you will receive a benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, 401(k) and more.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
