Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide pediatric ventilator care in patients' homes, with 11p-7a shifts. Starting pay is $31-$33 per hour in North Carolina. We offer part-time and full-time roles with competitive benefits and weekly pay.

A $1,000 bonus is paid after 500 hours, with a second $1,000 bonus after 1,000 hours of care. Join Maxim to deliver compassionate, skilled nursing services, use the nursing process on each assignment, and document patient data

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN/LVN in the state where you will practice.
• Current TB test or chest X-ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse to work with pediatric ventilator patients in their own home. We are looking for part-time and full-time nurses to work 11p-7a.

A $1,000 bonus will be paid out after the new employee works 500 hours with a pediatric ventilator patient.

The additional $1,000 bonus will be paid out after the new employee works 1,000 hours with a pediatric ventilator patient.
