Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for adult and pediatric patients in their own homes. Flexible schedules and acuity levels on our census accompany competitive hourly pay of $31–$33. The role involves applying the nursing process and delivering skilled nursing services under prescribed orders.

Requirements include current LPN/LVN licensure in the practice state, TB or Chest X‑ray, and a BLS card. One year of nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where the nurse will practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care on each assignment per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and document nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities
