Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to care for gtube, trach, and vent patients in patients' homes. Starting pay ranges from $31 to $34 per hour, with a schedule option across several shifts Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to deliver individualized nursing care and documenting patient data. Requires active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and current BLS."

Qualifications

• Licensed with LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care members and document nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
