Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in (location) is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. The hourly pay range is $25-$27, with opportunities for weekly paychecks and comprehensive benefits.

As an LPN you will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, provide skilled nursing services on each assignment, monitor changes in condition, and document findings for the care team across assignments.

Qualifications

• LPN/LVN license current in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-ray as required by employer.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses for the care team.
