Job summary

Swannanoa Valley Health and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our resident-centered team across all shifts. You will provide bedside care, administer medications, and document therapeutic effects.

You will take vital signs, assist with resident comfort, prepare injections, collect samples, monitor catheters, and provide wound care while coaching staff as needed. Excellent training and a positive work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Willingness to make a difference
• Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification
• Current NC LPN license
• Compassionate, friendly demeanor
• Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care and administer medications
• Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration)
• Assist with resident comfort
• Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas
• Collect samples and monitor catheters
• Provide wound care
• Help coach staff as necessary

We have 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available. 8 or 12 hr shifts.
