Job summary

Shift Seekers Staffing in Waynesville, NC is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide direct resident care within a flexible staffing model. The role offers guaranteed shifts, self-scheduling, and varied contract lengths from 2 to 12 weeks, with daily or weekly pay options.

The position requires an active LPN/LVN license and at least one year of nursing experience, including time in a Skilled Nursing facility. Benefits and full-time opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must have a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in the state of employment or possess a valid compact license.
• Must have at least 1 year working experience as an LPN/LVN with at least 6 months of working as an LPN/LVN in a Skilled Nursing facility.
• Provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
