Powdersville Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This full-time position offers day or night shifts with competitive pay and growth opportunities within South Carolina.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, document accurately, supervise CNAs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Respond appropriately to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Utilize PCC and other clinical systems as needed.
