Sayre Christian Village in Lexington, KY is seeking a dedicated LPN for part-time day shifts. The role focuses on delivering individualized nursing care, rounds, med administration, and family communication in a faith-based, nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Active KY Licensed Practical Nurse License.
• 2-3 years of nursing experience in Skilled Nursing, Dementia Care, Short-Term Rehab, or Orthopedics preferred.
• Familiarity with resident care plans and nursing protocols.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Delivering outstanding nursing care tailored to each resident’s unique needs.
• Conducting daily rounds and assessments to develop and update care plans.
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV fluids while ensuring accurate documentation.
• Communicating with residents and families, offering guidance and emotional support.
• Supervising and mentoring SRNAs to foster teamwork and quality care.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
