Sayre Christian Village in Lexington, KY is seeking a dedicated SRNA to deliver compassionate nursing care in a faith-based, nonprofit setting. This role supports residents’ dignity and independence while promoting their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Skilled Nursing Facility, Dementia Care, Short Term Rehabilitation, or Orthopedic settings preferred but not required.
• Kentucky State Registered Nurse Aide Certification required.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in a manner that respects their rights, dignity, and individuality.
• Offer individualized attention to support residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
• Assist with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, toileting, and related care tasks as needed.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing quality nursing care to residents in an environment which promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and their individuality.
• Responsible for providing individualized attention, which encourages each resident’s ability to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental and psychological well-being.
• Attending to the individual needs of residents which may include assistance with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, colostomy care, prosthetic appliances, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communicating, or other needs in keeping with the individual’s care requirements.
