Job summary

Sayre Christian Village in Lexington is seeking a dedicated Dining Server for a part-time role with rotating weekends. Join a faith-based, nonprofit community that values compassion, dignity, and purpose while serving our residents.

You’ll handle meal delivery, assist with basic food prep, and follow resident orders with care. We offer PTO, medical/dental/vision benefits, and support for training, including a Food Handler’s Permit provided and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience serving seniors or in a care setting preferred.
• Food Handler’s Permit provided by the employer.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper delivery of meals to residents with varied nutritional needs.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Follow resident orders accurately and promptly.
• Assist with waste removal and maintain clean service areas.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper delivery of food items to residents with a variety of nutritional needs.
• Perform food preparation tasks
• Responsible for following resident orders accurately.
• Collect and remove trash and garbage as necessary.
