Legend Senior Living in Colorado is seeking an outstanding Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support clinical services including resident medication management, service planning, and supervising the nursing staff. You will make a meaningful difference in residents' lives by ensuring they receive excellent direct care.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, verifying medication distribution and documentation, and participating in resident assessments and service planning.

Qualifications

• Current LPN nursing license and CPR certification as required by the state.
• Prefers at least 1 year of prior relevant experience.
• Prefers supervisory experience, preferably in senior living.

• Relaying resident concerns or changes to the appropriate department manager
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff

Bonus Opportunities

• Perfect attendance bonus - $75 for full-time (up to a $1,950 annual benefit) and $35 for part-time (up to a $910 annual benefit)
