Christian Care Communities, Inc. in Bowling Green, KY, is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to provide direct nursing support and ensure continuity of care from admission to discharge.

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy.
• Provide person-centered care and excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth shift transitions.
