Job summary

Traditional Home Health Care seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our pediatric and adult skilled division. You will provide one-on-one in-home or school-based care, administer medications, implement the care plan, and coordinate with Clinical Manager and physicians to ensure quality outcomes.

Immediate Shift Opening: Monday - Friday 9:00pm-6:00am
Rate:$28-$32 per hour
