Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is seeking qualified LPNs for full-time shifts in our Colorado facility. You will provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility, with potential supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments.

Open Positions:

• Full-Time: 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am
• PRN 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am

Successful Candidates:

Rate Range: $28-$38

Up to $5,000 Bonus paid over 18 months Depending on Experience, bonus for full-time employees only
