Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is hiring full-time CNAs with a $2,000 bonus and a commitment to compassionate care. Multiple shifts available, including nights and weekends, with a differential on Saturdays and Sundays. Ideal candidates hold an active Colorado CNA license, CPR certification, and can pass background checks. LTC/SNF experience is a plus, and we emphasize teamwork and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered, active CNA license in Colorado.
• CPR certification is required or current CPR completion within last year.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check.
• Experience in long-term care/skilled nursing facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under the direction of licensed nurses.
• Assist with activities of daily living and comfort measures as needed.
• Document care provided and communicate changes to the nursing team.
